Ray, Inc. has developed the new offices of The Canadian Payroll Association located in Toronto, Canada.
As the source of payroll education and advocacy, the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) delivers certification, professional development programs, and products and services that enable payroll practitioners to enhance operations, meet new legislative requirements and utilize emerging technologies.
In order to support CPA’s mandate to their membership and accommodate its continuing growth, the project’s objectives were to provide a professional looking space, more natural light, more meeting rooms, integrated technology, collaboration spaces, new ergonomic furniture, built on time and on budget. Through Manulife’s recommendation CPA contracted Raymond Chiappetta & Assoc. (now Ray Inc.) to bring their vision to life.
The renovated space of 17,935 sq.ft enables the Association to host seminars and other networking events in the office rather than renting external spaces. The extensive 4 month renovation and expansion required CPA to relocate to a temporary swing space in the same building with minimal interruption to operations and member services. The result is a bright, contemporary space that will serve CPA and its members for years to come.
