Returns – Exchange – Cancellation – Refund Policy

Returns & Exchange

Goods once sold cannot be exchanged or returned except under the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defect: In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product delivered, we will repair your item without any additional charges. The free repair will apply only if the customer reports the defect at the time of delivery. Additional repair charges may apply if defects are reported by the customer after delivery.
  • Damages during Delivery/Shipping: In the event of damages during delivery/shipping, we will repair your item without any additional charges. The free repair will apply only if the customer reports the defect at the time of delivery. Additional repair charges may apply if defects are reported by the customer after delivery.
  • Incorrect item delivered by us: In this case, the item will be replaced by us without any additional charges. This is applicable only if the customer reports the issue at the time of delivery. Please note that minor design differences are possible in our customized products as images are for illustration only and design may vary with product orders.

Cancellation or Amendments

  • Products that have been made to order (customized) in a specific finish or upholstery color as per customer’s specifications cannot be cancelled or amended. The only expectation is if notified (in writing) within 2 hours after ordering then it can be canceled or amended. Extra costs might be incurred for amendments.
  • Ready in-stock items can only be cancelled if notified (in writing) within one hour of ordering.
  • No cancellation of an order for change of mind by a customer, unless we choose to do so at our absolute discretion.

Refund

  • If the refund is approved then credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of initial and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the stock is not available of a certain item &/or items or part of an item needed to manufacture it then refund will be provided for that.
  • No refund if you simply change your mind after ordering unless we choose to do so at our absolute discretion

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the time mentioned above, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
