Icon Interiors has designed the new offices of real estate firm Jellis Craig located in Melbourne, Australia.
Jellis Craig Armadale is part of one of Melbourne’s leading real estate office networks the Jellis Craig Group. Jellis Craig Armadale’s success in and around Melbourne’s coveted City of Stonnington is reflected in their successful combined history spanning more than 50 years of exceptional results, high clearance rates and repeat business.The challenges of creating a premium finish the centrepiece oval shaped floating boardroom in the iconic building with its soaring 8m ceilings & curved glass roofing feature called for architectural sympathy & innovative construction methods. Working within an occupied building Icon Interiors worked with the team to develop a phased programme of works that maintained business continuity and minimised disruption.
Office fit out visioning, strategy & space planning, Interior architecture/ interior design & finishes specification. Services design – electrical, data, air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing, steel mezzanine structure, project & construction management.
