M Moser Associates has developed a new office design for a fintech company located in London.
This technology company needed a space that was reflective of their culture and empowering to their team during this high growth period in their history.
The ethos and working style is evident as soon as visitors walk through the front door and it leaves a lasting impression to guests and clients alike.
The space, right in the middle of London’s Tech City at Old Street, has a café culture where staff can collaborate in an informal manner in numerous breakout areas. It is a home away from home that feels more like a residential space or coffee shop.
As well as being a great place to work and host events, this workplace can act as a tool for the attraction and retention of the very best talent in a marketplace that is so competitive.
